VoiceLogic, explained
Your phone system lives in the cloud.
Your conversations stay with your business.
VoiceLogic is a hosted business telephone system, also called a cloud PBX. It connects calls over the internet and manages how they reach your people, without relying on a traditional phone system installed at your premises.
Use supported phones or apps, direct callers to a department and keep colleagues connected across locations. Radian helps you plan the users, numbers, devices and call handling that fit your organisation.
Explore a typical call journey →Built around everyday calling
From the first ring to the follow-up, make it easier for customers to reach the right person.
Keep your business number close, with supported desk phones, desktop and mobile apps for office and remote working.
Give callers a professional welcome with menus, transfers and voicemail. Add recording where included in your agreed package.
Build the service around today’s team, then adjust users and licences as your people and locations change.
See call and queue activity in one place. Use available reporting to understand busy periods and missed calls.
Route calls to the right team, share the load and agree an overflow route when colleagues are busy or unavailable.
Account protection, two-factor authentication and caller-ID checks support safer calling. Confirm controls for your chosen setup.
Bring calling closer to your customer records. We’ll check your CRM’s compatibility, licensing and supported functions.
Your proposal confirms features, devices, licences and support before you commit.

Keep the next step clear. Agree overflow, unanswered-call and voicemail routes for each team.

Plan your move to digital
Modernise your calling.
Make the change on your terms.
The UK’s traditional PSTN telephone network is being retired. Openreach sets 31 January 2027 as the switchover deadline. If your business still relies on analogue or ISDN services, now is the time to review them with your provider.
VoiceLogic is a digital calling option that also gives you more flexibility over where staff answer and how calls are handled. Moving to digital voice does not necessarily mean every copper broadband connection is being removed.
Keep the numbers customers know
We check transfer eligibility and coordinate timing before existing services are cancelled.
Check everything connected to a line
Alarms, lift phones, payment terminals and other specialist equipment need their own supplier compatibility checks.
Plan for connectivity and power
Internet calling needs a working connection and powered equipment. Agree backup arrangements and emergency-calling requirements.
An optional next step
Interested in an automated assistant to welcome callers, handle common questions or direct enquiries? Ask us about an optional AI receptionist alongside your phone service.
Subject to supplier confirmation. Availability, VoiceLogic compatibility, supported tasks, pricing and data handling must be confirmed before this capability is offered. It is not included as standard.
Ask about AI receptionist options ↗From first conversation to first call
Review numbers, users, current contracts and the way your customers call.
Agree call routes, devices, licences and any integration requirements.
Coordinate eligible number transfers, configure the service and test real call journeys.
Help your people get started, with a clear route for support and future changes.
A little more clarity
Often, yes. Transfers depend on number eligibility and the providers involved. We check the details and agree a changeover plan before you cancel anything.
We check your existing equipment first. Supported desk phones, apps and headsets can be mixed to suit the people using them.
Availability and licensing depend on the agreed package and supported systems. Your proposal will specify what is included, along with any setup costs and recording retention arrangements.
Office phones need internet access and power. Discuss alternative connectivity, supported mobile apps and fallback routing during planning; test the agreed arrangements before relying on them.
It is an optional capability to explore, subject to supplier confirmation. We must verify compatibility, functions, commercial terms and data handling before including it in a proposal.
UK-wide service enquiries
For UK offices and remote colleagues, define how calls should reach people during working hours, overflow and closures. Check number transfers, connectivity, emergency calling and any CRM or optional AI capability before agreeing the phone-system setup.
Based in Charlwood, we welcome enquiries nationwide, with a particular focus on Horley, Crawley, Gatwick, Surrey, Sussex and London. Delivery, availability and any site attendance are confirmed for your chosen service.
