CyberSkill, explained

What is CyberSkill?

Learning for real work.
A culture that welcomes reports.

CyberSkill brings security awareness learning and controlled simulations into a managed programme. It helps people practise the decisions they face at work, from unexpected emails to requests for payments or shared information.

Radian helps shape the audience, content and reporting around your organisation. The aim is useful learning and better habits over time, with the chosen platform and programme scope confirmed for your team.

Built around the work you do

Build useful habits.
Support better reporting.

The features that matter, with the practical details made clear.

Short, focused learning

Use manageable lessons that support practical understanding without overwhelming the working day.

Realistic scenarios

Relate learning to the emails, shared files, payment requests and other situations your people encounter.

Phishing simulations

Run controlled, authorised exercises with feedback to help users recognise warning signs and practise reporting.

Safe attachment scenarios

Where supported, use simulated document or attachment scenarios within an agreed training environment.

Campaigns & reminders

Plan enrolment, communication and follow-up so the programme remains organised as staff join or change roles.

Progress reporting

Review available completion and simulation results across teams, then target the next learning activity.

Service availability, equipment, features, licences and support scope are confirmed in your proposal. Optional services are priced and agreed separately.

The picture, made clearer

Learn. Practise. Report.
Then keep improving.

Make an informed choice

Choose the setup around your work.

01

Relevant to the role

A finance team, mobile employee and administrator can face different requests. Match examples and depth to the responsibilities involved.

02

Supportive by design

Use results to improve learning and the reporting process. Make it easy to ask for help, including when someone has already clicked or shared information.

03

Measure more than clicks

Combine participation, completion and exercise results with the quality of reporting and the practical actions the organisation takes.

The practical details

Make the safer step
easy to take.

Training works best alongside clear business processes and technical controls, rather than asking people to carry the whole security burden.

Plan your setup ↗

Explain how to report

Give staff an understandable route for suspicious messages and urgent concerns.

Coordinate the exercises

Agree the audience, campaign rules, communications and appropriate access to programme results.

Adapt the programme

Review patterns across the team and reinforce the topics that need more attention.

From enquiry to everyday use

A little more clarity

CyberSkill,
answered.

Have a question about your setup?
Tell us what you want to improve.

What is simulated phishing?

An authorised exercise uses realistic but controlled messages to help people practise recognising and reporting suspicious requests. The programme defines audiences, methods and feedback.

Can learning suit different departments?

Role-based or tailored content can be discussed, subject to the selected platform and programme. We review the situations each team encounters.

How is progress tracked?

Available completion, campaign and risk indicators depend on the platform. Agree reporting access and how the results will guide future activity.

Does one simulation prove someone is safe?

No. Results are a snapshot of behaviour in a particular exercise. Repeated learning, clear processes and technical controls remain important.

Can you include new starters?

Enrolment, initial learning and reminders can be planned as part of the agreed administration process.

Does training replace email filtering or endpoint protection?

No. Awareness is one layer. Technical controls, secure account access, reporting and an effective response process work alongside it.
