CyberDefend, explained
Know what needs attention.
Give the response a clear owner.
CyberDefend combines vulnerability management and endpoint protection to help surface weaknesses, recognise suspicious behaviour and coordinate the action needed to reduce risk.
The supplier describes a SentinelOne-based endpoint capability alongside vulnerability services. Radian confirms the selected platform, supported operating systems, licences and management scope in your proposal, including which actions can be automated.

The features that matter, with the practical details made clear.
Review scanning coverage across supported devices, cloud environments and important systems, with frequency agreed for the service.
Assess agreed internet-facing assets so the business can understand risks at its external boundary.
Keep supported inventory and vulnerability information connected to the systems and owners responsible for changes.
Combine findings with business context and threat information to focus attention on the work that matters most.
Use supported endpoint capabilities to recognise suspicious processes and activity beyond a simple known-file check.
Agree automated or analyst-directed actions such as process termination, quarantine or device isolation where supported.
Check whether remediation or rollback is supported for the affected system and licence. Keep a separate backup and recovery plan.
Explore this serviceUse available event relationships and attack timelines to help explain what happened on a protected endpoint.
Define who investigates, authorises changes and tracks remediation, including updates that need a maintenance window.
Service availability, equipment, features, licences and support scope are confirmed in your proposal. Optional services are priced and agreed separately.
The picture, made clearer
Vulnerability insight and endpoint controls need clear priorities, ownership and review.
A repeatable process: use the findings to guide the next review.
Illustrative defence workflow. Scanning, endpoint actions and remediation depend on the supported platform and agreed scope.
Make an informed choice
Agents can provide device visibility and protection. Compatibility, operating-system versions, policy and licence determine the features available.
A vulnerability finding is not itself a completed fix. Agree patching, configuration work, exceptions and responsibilities across internal and external teams.
Quarantining a file, stopping a process and isolating a device are different actions. Their availability and business impact need to be understood before automation is enabled.
The practical details
A managed approach should support routine device care as well as the response to suspicious activity.
Plan your setup ↗Test agent compatibility, existing security software and policy on representative devices.
Record unsupported systems, deferred fixes and compensating controls with clear owners.
Keep onboarding, replacement devices and service coverage aligned as the estate changes.
Web & endpoint protection
Review suitable browsing and filtering controls around job roles, permitted use and the supported protection stack.
Traditional malware checks and behavioural detection have different roles. Confirm the selected capabilities and how overlapping tools will be handled.
Make protection, policy and ownership part of bringing a device into service, and remove or update records when it leaves.
From enquiry to everyday use
Inventory devices, critical systems and existing controls.
Agree coverage, policies, response and change ownership.
Validate compatibility and roll out the selected controls.
Track remediation, exceptions and estate changes.

CyberDefend can be scoped as an ongoing managed arrangement. The agreement specifies scanning frequency, coverage, endpoint controls and the management work included.
No assumption should be made. We check operating systems, versions, device roles and compatibility before agreeing the deployment.
Severity and threat information are considered alongside exposure, business impact and practical remediation requirements. Ownership and exceptions should be documented.
Supported endpoint controls can block or contain certain activity under the configured policy. No platform guarantees prevention of every attack.
No. Support depends on the platform, operating system, configuration and licence. Confirm the available recovery actions and keep separately designed backups.
No. Endpoint defence, managed analyst response and awareness address different parts of security and can work together.
UK-wide service enquiries
List the endpoints and operating systems used across your UK offices and remote workforce. Protection, deployment, monitoring and response permissions must be agreed for the selected service rather than assumed from a product name.
Based in Charlwood, we welcome enquiries nationwide, with a particular focus on Horley, Crawley, Gatwick, Surrey, Sussex and London. Delivery, availability and any site attendance are confirmed for your chosen service.
